Built from the
wreckage of a sick home.
Losing my health, my home, and my job to mould — all at once — was harrowing. My husband and I sat down and asked ourselves: how do we make this the best thing that ever happened to us? We moved ten times that year, spent five months camping in the woods, and built PurÔme from what we had left.
The conventional path wasn't available to me. I can't tolerate most construction materials, most fragrances, most of what passes as normal. So I had to learn a different way. And when I found it, I realized other people needed it too.
The Nicolet triplex was my first proof of concept. The Montclair 4plex is the vision fully realized — purpose-built from day one, not retrofitted.
PurÔme exists because the planet needs healthy humans, and healthy humans need somewhere safe to live. I know that more personally than most.
